Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Purchases and Access
Course To Action offers two access plans: a 30-Day Access plan for $29 USD (includes 100 AI credits) and an Annual Access plan for $249 USD (includes 1,200 AI credits upfront). Neither plan is a recurring subscription and neither auto-renews. Access includes browsing course summaries, lesson content, and using AI-powered features subject to credit availability. AI-powered personalization features require a paid purchase and consume credits as described on the Service.
AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized recommendations, action plans, and insights based on course content and your provided business context. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses for any particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating and applying any AI-generated recommendations to your specific situation.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to course summaries, AI-generated insights, site design, and branding — are and will remain the exclusive property of Course To Action and its licensors. Course content summaries are original editorial works created by Course To Action. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to share your account credentials with others, attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service through automated means, resell or redistribute content from the Service, or use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates any applicable law.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

In no event shall Course To Action, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
